Before it was converted into a student studio in the heart of Saint Germain des Près, this flat had not been refurbished for 40 years.
Our mission was to rethink and optimise the space with a new interior design and total renovation to create a space suited to the life of a young student. She needed a bathroom that didn’t exist, a large dressing room, a sleeping area, a kitchen area and a space to work and relax.
We optimised every cm2 to meet her needs and created a sleeping area in the form of an alcove with an interior glass roof opening onto a small bathroom. The dressing room was created behind the living area, which includes a small, functional kitchen area, a desk and a vintage-style sofa.
The interior was decorated in white, with touches of yellow for light, and solid grey parquet flooring.
A functional and pleasant studio in the heart of Paris.
