From world traveller to interior designer…
With a rich Scandinavian heritage and a childhood in the United States and France, Elisabeth Christiansen has travelled the world for international beauty and luxury brands.
Passionate about architecture and design, she studied space and interior design at Ecole Boulle in Paris, before founding the Christiansen Design agency in 2007.
It was her discovery of Asia, and Japan in particular, with its aestheticism and refinement, that echoed the Scandinavian simplicity of her origins: since then, these influences have fed into each of the projects she designs for her French and international clients.

We also had a second project in the basement. We wanted a second life space and a sports area. Elisabeth understood very quickly, what we would like (furniture, colors, materials…) and the project was very close to our wishes.
