Scandinavian-style Home Extension and Interior Decoration in Orgeval (78)

The project

Interior Architecture and Decoration in Orgeval: Brightness, Elegance, and Scandinavian Style

The objectives

Our main objective for this interior decoration in Orgeval was to expand and renovate a small old house, creating a bright, open living space harmoniously integrated with the surrounding nature in this charming village of the Yvelines (78). In close collaboration with an interior architect, we designed spacious new volumes and harmonious, refined interior decoration.

Our solutions

Fully leveraging the house’s ideal orientation, we created authentic “living paintings” of nature and sky views through a large skylight installed in the living room. This architectural choice effectively maximizes natural light, providing an exceptional living environment.

For materials, we selected oak-effect parquet-style tiles that deliver warmth, comfort, and brightness while being ideally suited to underfloor heating. The high-end Scandinavian style is prominently featured in the interior decoration through a large custom-made dark wood wall unit, enhanced by colorful fabrics, premium leathers, and designer armchairs.

The kitchen also embodies this refined decorative choice, subtly combining the elegance of walnut wood with the pristine white of a quartz marble-effect countertop. Discover this exceptional example of contemporary architecture and decoration in Orgeval through our images.

The stylistic note

A bright, minimalist, and welcoming home reflecting the Scandinavian way of life.
