Located in the heart of Paris, this 350 m² Haussmann-style flat needed to be completely renovated and restructured to accommodate the new owners and their four children.
We redesigned the interior architecture and created a new distribution of spaces.
A large family kitchen with dining area and children’s TV area has been created by combining two rooms; a vast reception room opening onto the entrance hall replaces three partitioned rooms; a 50m2 master suite with a generous, bespoke dressing room has been designed from the former kitchen and two bedrooms; we have created 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
The entire property has been decorated in a classic contemporary style, reflecting the owners’ taste for colours, materials and top-of-the-range features.
