Our client, an insurer, had just acquired new premises, delivered unfinished, to install its new offices.
Christiansen Design’s mission was twofold:
The client gave us carte blanche, starting with the colour codes of the Allianz logo. So we used blue as the basis for the colour scheme, with touches of light green, white and grey.
We also chose light oak and walnut to bring out the warmth of the wood.
As the agency faces the street, a panoramic “mountain landscape” wallpaper and a small lounge create a friendly welcome for customers. The reception area is separated from the staff area by two solid oak screens made to measure by our team of joiners.
In the rear of the premises, we created a meeting room, the management office and a relaxation room.
We chose movable partitions with workshop-style skylights and walnut-finish doors. In the executive office, we placed two round frames of plant decoration to soften the formality of this workspace.
In the break room, bright, cheerful colours make for a pleasant space where employees come to eat.
