Looking for an interior designer in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, our client wanted to transform this 100m² apartment into an elegant pied-à-terre. The space presented two major challenges: a north-facing orientation that limited natural light and a compartmentalized layout that fragmented the volumes.
To optimize the circulation of natural light, a set of glass partitions was designed. They structure the spaces, increase the sense of space and bring a strong graphic identity.
A large sliding glass partition with untinted glazing separates the master bedroom from the living room with elegance. To optimize every m², we designed custom fittings in each room.
The choice of materials reflects a resolutely high-end approach. The walnut flooring, with its deep and warm tones, brings a noble and timeless presence. On the kitchen side, the travertine worktop offers an elegant mineral contrast. In the bathroom, the same tones are expressed with large-format ceramic stoneware tiles and the walnut vanity unit.
Together, these materials create a sober and chic harmony, true to the masculine spirit sought.
A perfectly balanced pied-à-terre: bright, structured and dressed in exceptional materials. A renovation that combines aesthetics, comfort and character.
