Interior design of a loft in Paris Panthéon

Restructuring and total renovation of this loft-style Parisian apartment

The objectives

After buying a flat and an adjoining garage in the heart of Paris’s 5th arrondissement, the Italian-born owner gave us the job of combining the two volumes to create a large living space with a loft feel.

Our solutions

The former garage has been transformed into a spacious, light-filled living/dining room, where we created a large bespoke bookcase that hugs the wall in both width and height. Painted in a deep blue, it gives structure to the room.

The dining room features vintage furniture in a deliberately sober, uncluttered setting. The open-plan kitchen and an office set up for teleworking have been partitioned by studio skylights. After the blue of the living room, the colours here are warm with the combination of green, light wood and terracotta.

Trendy wallpapers and zelliges provide the decorative touches in the bathrooms.

The stylistic note

A Parisian loft with a Tuscan flavour
