Design & Concept

This phase involves developing floor plans to redefine and optimize space and volumes, as well as selecting materials and colors to create unique atmospheres. It includes the design of sketches and custom fittings (bespoke joinery, glass partitions, architectural screens), 3D modeling of spaces, and the curation of furniture and lighting for each room.

Project Preparation

Once the design is approved, we draft the detailed scope of work and produce all technical drawings for craftsmen and contractors. We select the service providers, analyze tenders, and establish the construction schedule upon your validation.

Project Management & Site Supervision

We manage site meetings and draft progress reports, oversee the schedule and budget, and guide you through the final project handover.

Furniture & Styling

As part of our turnkey service, the agency also offers complete furniture and decor selection for your project, including procurement, delivery management, and final installation.
