REJUVENATION OF A 1900's VILLA in ORGEVAL

Located in a beautiful town in western Paris, this classic 1900's villa had not been renovated for 30 years. The new owners having lived in Scandinavia before buying the house, they wanted a bright, contemporary and minimalist decoration while respecting the 1900 soul of the house.

Our mission was to completely renovate the house to make it more functional and comfortable for a family with three young children.

The first floor is composed of the living room / dining room, a lounge / library anda large kitchen with the veranda that we have arranged with a heated floor and a large wooden table for everyday meals and dinners with friends. We chose an imitation wood tile laid in herringbone pattern for the kitchen and the veranda for the warmth that enhances the white furniture.

The second floor is reserved for adults with a large master suite, a guest bedroom with bathroom and an office. We chose high-end amenities with Cole&son wallpaper for the headboard wall and thick carpeting for the bedroom floor. The bathroom was treated to a marble finish with an island bathtub, large walk-in shower, and a large vanity with built-in dressing table. The tassel chandelier and double silk curtains add a touch of sophistication.

The top floor is the children's floor with three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large playroom / multimedia room. This last one of 30 m2 has been treated in a 100% Scandinavian spirit with a wool carpet, light wood furniture and fresh colors on the textiles.
