Interior design and layout of a 30 m2 student studio in Paris
Before its transformation into a student studio in the heart of Saint Germain des Près, this apartment had not been renovated for 40 years.
Our mission was to rethink and optimize the space with a new interior architecture and total renovation to create a space adapted to the life of a young student. She needed a bathroom that did not exist, a large dressing room, a sleeping area, a kitchen area, a space to work and relax.
We optimized every square inch to meet her needs and created a sleeping area in an alcove with an interior glass roof opening onto a small bathroom. The dressing room was created behind the living space, which includes a small functional kitchenette, a desk and a vintage-style sofa.
The decoration is in white with touches of yellow for the bright side and a solid wood floor in gray tones.
