Custom-made apartment on rue Victor Hugo in Paris XVI

Interior design and decoration for the renovation of a 45 m2 rooftop apartment in Paris

Initially, there were three decrepit maid's rooms under the Parisian roofs. Our mission was to globalize the surfaces and to transform the whole into a 45 m2 high-end pied a terre for a young couple. The challenge was to optimize every square inch to create a real bedroom, a bathroom, an entrance, an ergonomic kitchen, a dining area and a living room for entertaining.

Of course, everything was designed and made to measure, including the velvet sofa and the small console in the entrance hall, to perfectly match the volumes.
In the bedroom, a dressing room was designed around the leather headboard with bedside cabinets on each side.
A practical detail: a sliding door with a mirrored façade and an interior glass roof overlooking the living room make the night space visually lighter.
The marble-clad bathroom features a large shower, a large vanity and a laundry area.
On the kitchen side, made of matte lacquer and black granite, the space has been well optimized with the development of the full height of the wall and even allows to integrate a wine cellar for Mr.

The stylistic note

A refined pied à terre in a contemporary spirit with baroque accents
