Design and contemporary decoration of an architect's house of 400 m2
When we designed theinterior architecture and the contemporary decoration of this architect's house located in the Yvelines, we favored spaces open to the surrounding nature to maximize the light.
We chose natural and noble materials in neutral and timeless tones with a solid oak floor, wenge furniture and leather from Italian designers and large linen curtains. The dimensions of the living room have been adjusted to accommodate a Japanese-inspired fireplace
with its 6m high flue.
In the TV room we designed a custom cabinet in wenge and matte lacquer that perfectly frames the screen.
The kitchen is open with a large central island and the emphasis is on light wood, stainless steel and Corian for the worktop.
The bathroom in the 20 m2 master suite was designed as a "living room" with a large shower area, a whirlpool bathtub and a double sink unit with a white Corian top.
