Interior architecture of a Loft in Paris Pantheon

Restructuring and total renovation of this Parisian loft-style apartment

After purchasing an apartment and an adjoining garage in the heart of the 5th arrondissement of Paris, the Italian owner entrusted us with the mission of combining the two volumes to create a large living space in a loft style.

The former garage was transformed into a spacious and bright living/dining room where we created a large custom bookcase that hugs the wall in both width and height. Painted in a deep blue color, it structures the room.

In the dining room, the vintage furniture is highlighted in a deliberately sober and refined setting. The open kitchen and an office set up for telecommuting have been partitioned by studio windows. After the blue of the living room, here the colors are warm with the association of green, light wood and terracotta.

Trendy wallpapers and zelliges bring the decorative touches of the bathrooms.
