Interior design and layout of a 30 m2 student studio in Paris
Before its transformation into a student studio in the heart of Saint Germain des Près, this apartment had been inhabited for 40 years by the same person. Our mission was to rethink and optimize the space with a total renovation to create a space suitable for a young student.
She needed a bathroom that didn't exist, a large dressing room, a sleeping area, a kitchen area, a space to work and relax.
We optimized every square inch to meet her needs and created a sleeping area in an alcove with an interior glass roof opening onto a small bathroom. The dressing room was created behind the living space, which includes a small functional kitchenette, a desk and a vintage-style sofa.
